You can post photos and videos

If you have more than 20 people to tag, you can do it in your post, caption, or comment. The same applies to Instagram carousels. The maximum number of people you can tag is 20. You can create Reels
Instagram recently introduced Reels, a feature that allows users to easily produce short videos. These videos are largely dominated by organic content. You don’t have to worry about constantly adding new content, as you can create a reel with photos and videos. Instagram Reels are similar to YouTube videos but without the limitations of a video. They are viewable to everyone, and you can cross-post them to Facebook.
You can include original or licensed audio in your reel, if you have access to it. Using the camera roll, you can select a song or a part of it and click Done. Instagram also includes an effects
